Day 1 - Arrive Victoria Falls Airport
You will be warmly welcomed by our representative who will drive you to The Kingdom at Victoria Falls Hotel. This is the newest and closest hotel to the falls. The architecture is modeled after the ancient Zimbabwean kingdom of Munhumutapa. The atmosphere is fun filled and blends African tradition and western leisure. This hotel is perfect for those traveling with children. There are 3 swimming pools, a complete fast food court, bars, casino, and beauty parlor. Dinner is served in Whitewaters Restaurant.
Day 2 - Tour Victoria Falls
Enjoy a full breakfast. An experienced guide will take you on a walking tour of the world’s largest sheet of falling water. You will ultimately love the diverse flora and lush green rainforest – a true paradise! Rain gear will be provided. Buy local crafts and souvenirs from the craft market on site. Lunch is served at the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise on the mighty Zambezi River that feeds the falls. You will see wildlife in its natural setting – including elephants, hippo, crocodiles, antelope, and various bird species. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Dinner is served back at the hotel.
Day 3 - A taste of Zimbabwe
Breakfast is served at the hotel. Our representative will take you to meet the friendly locals in the town. Get some shopping or banking done, pick up curios, or get your portrait made. You will be driven to the township where you will get to see how modest Zimbabweans survive. You will be escorted back to the hotel. In the evening, you will meet in the lobby of the hotel and will be taken to The Boma Restaurant for dinner. Taste traditional Zimbabwean dishes. Everyone's tastes will be catered for, including vegetarians. You will be entertained by Amakwezi traditional dancers and story tellers. Our representative will drive you back to the hotel.
Day 4 - Adventure
Enjoy a full breakfast then get to plan how you want to spend the day! Options include zip line, half day high wire, white water rafting, upper Zambezi canoe safari, lion walk, elephant back safari, and helicopter scenic flight over the falls. Lunch and dinner are served at the hotel. Try prime Zimbabwean steak served at the Pub and Grill Restaurant.
Day 5 - Safari
You will be driven early in the morning and will spend the day on safari at Chobe National Park in Northern Botswana. Chobe has one of the largest concentrations of game in Africa. Home to 50,000 elephants (probably the highest concentration in Africa), you will see the Kalahari elephant, the largest species of elephant on the planet. Go in search of the “big five” (lion, leopard, Cape buffalo, rhino, and elephant). You will see dozens more animal species. More than 460 bird species have been recorded here. You will be driven back in the afternoon to your hotel in time for dinner.
Day 6 - Depart Victoria Falls
Enjoy a full breakfast buffet. You will be transported to the airport where you will board South African Airways for your journey back home with memories to last a lifetime!
